MY STORY

I was born in a small village near St Tropez on the French Riviera. I grew up in a large French/Italian family, active in sports, especially basketball and a great community.

At 19, I moved to England to perfect my English. My eight month stay turned into seven years, where I climbed the ranks in the hotel industry to become a Hotel Manager, gaining a strong work ethic and deep customer experience understanding.

In 2004, my career leaped when I moved to New Zealand, joining Russell McVeagh as a Marketing/Events Coordinator. Later, at Beca, I led business development initiatives and managed multi-million-dollar proposals, with a highlight being a secondment to Singapore, where I completed an MBA in Human Resources and discovered a passion for Change Management.

In 2016, upon returning to New Zealand, I specialised in Change Management, leading transformational projects, including a major factory expansion for GrainCorp Oilseed Limited in Australia (secondment). After eight years with Beca, I transitioned to Auckland International Airport Limited as a Knowledge Manager, then to PwC, and later back into the law industry with Anthony Harper, leveraging my Change Management and Business Development expertise. I concluded my corporate career with WSP, leading a team of transport specialists and later focussing on the strategic pursuits for the Roads of National Significance.

Over the past 20 years, I've been fortunate to experience diverse opportunities, thanks to those who've employed, supported, and encouraged me. I believe everything happens for a reason. I always knew I would eventually start my own venture, and that time is now.

A core principle of mine is adding value every day. Recently, I felt confined by job descriptions despite loving my roles. I knew I could contribute so much more - now, I can.
