A little bit about me

I bring over 20 years of experience in professional services across New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, and the UK, leading teams to develop strategic account leadership, business development frameworks, client experience strategies, and thought leadership campaigns to drive growth.

I have worked with large, respected organisations across multiple markets and industries such as Engineering, Legal, Risk and Assurance, and Aviation. My sector experience spans Transport, Infrastructure, Buildings, Tourism, Food & Beverage, Government, Health, and Airports amongst many others.

I also have hands-on experience with project management having been a consultant for many years, specialising in Change Management.

My strength lies in building trusted relationships and helping clients unlock value in their businesses. I focus on client-centric strategies to improve their business understanding and drive positive transformation.

As a Lean Six Sigma and APMG Change Management Practitioner, continuous improvement is at the heart of my work. I am also passionate about diversity and inclusion, having served on the Infrastructure New Zealand Diversity Advisory Board, and I actively advocate for “menopause in the workplace.”

Outside of work, I enjoy golf, fishing, travelling, and spending time with loved ones.
